Aleksandra Efimova
Aleksandra Efimova is a global entrepreneur, passionate golfer, and the visionary behind GOLFABELLA, a lifestyle brand redefining the golf experience for executive and accomplished women. Founded in 2023, GOLFABELLA combines curated golf retreats, elegant Italian-crafted apparel, and a vibrant community to inspire connection, growth, and confidence — on the course and beyond.
Aleksandra brings over two decades of experience in building iconic brands. She is also the founder of Russian Pointe, a luxury dancewear brand she launched in 1998 and successfully scaled before its acquisition by industry leader Bloch in 2024.
A Harvard Business School alumna and strategic advisor, Aleksandra has been recognized for her leadership and innovation by Forbes, Bloomberg, Crain’s, and others. She has visited 49 countries and is fluent in English, Russian, and conversational Italian.
She splits her time between Chicago and Florida — and when not building businesses, she’s likely teeing off, hosting a curated retreat, or exploring the next great destination.
